I've really never experienced this before; we order a bottle of wine, which was not very cold, so we ask for some ice, they just charge 1 euro for 5 ice cubes Then about the food; we ordered mussels, you would think, not much can go wrong with that, well they were small, I hardly saw them in the shell.
