Classic Pizza - Westerville

Why did I wait 9yrs to try CP? The phone recording encourages online ordering, but this first timer had questions. After friendly, helpful ordering, our order was delivered by their own delivery people. Prompt, and friendly service again. Pizzas arrived still over 130° hot. Thin crust that had a golden brown bottom, with just enough crisp to avoid limp or brittle. The dough was NOT over-mixed to create that gummy/chewy bite. Sauce was right on point with flavors of garlic and herb, rather than sugar. Cheese has a nice gooey pull without that rubbery snap-back. The enzo pepperoni and sausage was vividly flavored, and paired well with the sauce. We tried the recommended Italian sub pizza which uses the creamy Italian dressing for the sauce base. I’m so glad we did. It was a big hit. Our second visit we did carryout. Small place with a small grab go private parking lot. Again with the friendly staff. No tables, no chairs. You pay, you go. Small interior for customers to loiter. I did like that they had the touchless TapPay machine to use your phone. Added a sub this visit. Worried the sub didn’t even measure out to 7” was for not. The double meat cheese Italian sub did not suffer a loss of contents. Well worth the price. I do require more than 2 slices of tomato, so I will order extra next time. Lastly, I always recommend people bring an insulated bag to carry your food home. You want that food as hot and delicious as the way they prepared it for you. Hope this helps. #UpCloseSavor

This is an old school carryout joint. The pizza is really good the building is cramped and hot in the summer (feel bad for the staff) but they pump out great pizzas

I'll be upfront, I go here for the subs not the pizza. The pizza is still top tier but the subs, salad, and garlic cheese bread are the best items they have. If you're going inside to pick up, note that the store is excessively tiny, like 5 square feet in front of the counter. The staff is quick to respond in order to not keep the place crowded (seriously three really is a crowd here . They can be super busy on pizza nights, so if they give you an hour+ delivery time, it is usually much faster to pick it up (like 10-15 minutes total instead of the hour+ .

This is the best pizza in Central Ohio area!! Love the staff too. Very friendly fast!! Would definitely recommend trying this pizza!!

First time trying and I must say very fine job the Italian sub pizza now my favorite pizza. The bbq chicken pizza pretty good(next time no banana peppers
