Edit: Tracy is the best!!! She always takes care and with a great smile!! She's has all the qualities of a great person and employee.Evening staff unfortunately do not match up to morning staff.. Inconsistent orders. Ie; I was asked twice what my coffee was, dark roast dd.. Ended up receiving a tea ??‍ Definitely my go to location. Staff is always pleasant! What they don't deserve is grown a adults littering throughout the drive thru. If you can't take your garbage home you don't deserve a drive thru in your life!! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves for treating ppl who make your morning complete like that.

Tim Horton need their staff teach customer service. Very rude.I am not a complaining kind person but the incident made me lose my calm. I ordered through drive through for 3 birthday cake timbits M M cookie... she put down 10 timbits.. corrected the order. Still gave assorted and chocolate cookie. Gave attitude that you didn't specify.

Went through the drive thru today at about 4:30pm (reference for the manager to identify employees). Ordered 4 small iced Capps. All came lower- filled than I've ever had them. I kindly asked the girl to top them up. Another girl appeared and explained that this was the correct amount that they are supposed to fill it to and that the other (Tim's locations/employees) have been doing it wrong??? I've only been getting iced Capps since they existed?.. I almost cannot believe it. Perhaps she has it in her for her boss/owner and is working on getting bad reviews. If this was her goal she has succeeded. If the owner is actually telling the employees to lower the iced Capps that'd be the wrong move. Will aggravate customers and the poor employees who have to explain the VERY cheap move and bad business decision. On top of that the girl seemed annoyed by my asking and questioning of it which I did respectfully and kindly. Went into the restaurant after to potentially give feedback to a manager or atleast see an email or number to give feedback to but the line was at a standstill and there wasn't anything posted to give feedback through.

I went on a Wednesday, middle of the day, and with only one person ahead of me we waited easily almost 10 minutes during which time no one even acknowledged us or said they would be there to take our order. Entire focus is on the drive thru, anyone in line at the store is completely ignored.
