Mcdonald's - Willow Springs

I was #259 I ordered 2 double cheese burgers got singles 20 piece nugget got 10, I am a Trucker 20 miles down the road it aint worth going back 15.76

I ordered a plain sandwich. After I drove home it had mayo on it. I called and they said I could come back and get a free sandwich. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. This location is horrible about messing up your order.

Love this, Mc Ds! Employees are always kind and usually happy with a smile! Like old school McDonald's where they had to smile or you got a free fry! Remems that ya!?... they've never messed up a meal. And drive though is quicker than any McDonald's I've been to America! .....Tokyo Japan still takes first!

So here is my thoughts about this stop. Food was ordered online we where waiting at the table. The food arrived in a somewhat timely manner. Food was soaked in grease and was bellow standards for McDonald's. Also The gentleman that was serving tables decided to scream our table number other than bring our order as requested online. I believe there could have been a lack of motivation or possibly a like of understanding on his part. Thank you
