Papa John's Pizza - Winterville

We have nothing bad about papa john’s. the best is at a time when the only type we eat was to buy credit on paypal credit. papa! john’s is one of the only places where they can pay with Paypal credit.

Go in to get an order as google states hours are up to 2 o'clock. the woman at the front theke said they were closed with a very rude ton and phrase. if I had not been for the extremely rude attitude, I would not leave a review. due to bad customer service I will not use this papa john.

The manager at the service was very nice and the food was great!

I ordered 2 extra large pizza's.. very scarce on the toppings with both... but didnt give me the right toppings on 1 of the pizza's. Very disappointed.. it was like eating a cheese pizza... ugh!

Customer service is terrible. My order was never delivered to me, because of the lack of communication with the staff. From the person that answered the phone to the delivery person, not sure what happen... No Pizza was delivered to me. Charge my card..Per manager it refunded. Spoken with both managers Ron and Rebecca and they didn't even apologize about the issue.
