Flame Pizza - Wokingham

Ordered 1 deep panlarge meat feast pizza 1 chicken strippers and chips and 1 small vegietarian thin crust pizza. chicken put in fryer along side the chip. Pizza toppings added then put in the oven a couple of problems with the pizza's both crusts same thickness despite one deep pan and one thin crust the same pizza cutter was used to cut both pizza's without being washed the problem being a meat cutter being used to cut a vegi pizza( come on guys really) i refused to take or pay for the vegi pizza as it had been contaminated with the cutter used to cut the meat pizza. Cant recommend wont recommend other than to recommend stay well clear if you are vegitarian or vegan

It seems someone below me has had same problem. The wrong order has been delivered twice. The first time I ordered 2 burger meals and a bacon cheeseburger meal. There was no bacon in the bacon cheeseburger. The driver offered to give it free next time for the bacon cheeseburger. The second time I ordered same as above but bacon cheeseburger would be free. I have 3 of us in the house. One burger meal arrived. One bacon cheese burger no chips. One burger meal completely missing. And the burger meal was actually a cheeseburger meal. I couldn't even share with my boys because they don't eat cheese and hate it. I had to go out and get them something they would eat. Very very disappointed. I would of been a regular and told all my neighbours and friends but they've just lost a customer here. If it was me I would of returned back with the right order. The food itself is nice if they could get peoples orders correct.

The last two orders have been wrong both times for family meals with a range of pizzas and burger meals. The thing that has made me comment tonight is that they claimed tonight I had rung and changed my chicken burger meal to a plain hamburger meal. This was untrue and I am appalled that this was their response

Absolutely recommend It's Pizza Time. The pizza's are exceptional, with so many toppings to choose from. My husband and I have ordered many times, and have never been disappointed. Great service but rather order straight from the restaurant as they deliver free.

We ordered two pizzas, both thin crust. If they were thin crust, then I would hate to see their thick crust. More dough than anything and fairly tasteless. My wife ordered a medium and received a large. I ordered a large and received a medium. We threw most of it away. If we weren't so hungry we wouldn't have eaten any of it. My wife gave it a 3 out of 10 and I gave it a 4 out out 10. I think we may have been a bit generous. If I was to compare it to a pizza in Italy I would have given it a 1 out of 10. We also ordered chicken wings. I have never had chicken wings before and after the dried up offerings, I am not sure I want them again. I cannot comment on the dip because I didn't receive it. So overall, it may have put us off pizza's in this Country, for life.
