The soda machine had a malfunction and sprayed root beer on my jacket and pants. This was my first time visiting this place. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I have spoken to both the franchise owner and the corporate headquarters about my visit and received no satisfactory response. While waiting in line to order, I witnessed the cashier stepping away from the register to pick up dirty bowls from the garbage and then returning to handle money without cleaning her hands. These dirty bowls were then reused without being properly cleaned or sanitized. I asked to speak with the manager, who turned out to be the franchise owner. I expressed my disgust at the unsanitary practices and she offered to replace my food, but did not address the issue of the other customers who had also been served with dirty bowls. When I suggested using entry numbers or timestamps to identify these customers, the owner was more concerned about losing money than ensuring food safety. I left the restaurant feeling appalled and made sure to voice my concerns. The owner later tried to bribe me with gift certificates, but I declined and urged her to use them to replace the contaminated food of the other customers. The general manager of the location agreed that the situation was unacceptable but claimed that nothing could be done at that point. In conclusion, I would not recommend dining at this establishment due to their poor hygiene practices.
I chose to come to this restaurant because it is conveniently located. The service is very quick, and the toppings and salads are always fresh. They also offer a Swiss Chalet takeout option, which is also fast. I appreciate that I can get my food in about 5 minutes every time. They also allow customers to choose as many toppings as they desire, which I love because I enjoy adding hot paprika.
Hi everyone. Had dinner here on Thursday night, Great burger but cold fries took a long time to get hot fries. Pop machine had a malfunction and Root Beer sprayed all over my jacket and pants. My first time visiting this location. Friendly helpful...staff.
I have spoken to both the franchise owner we and the GM of the area for Cara food regarding my visit. Neither provided a satisfactory response. I was waiting in line to order when I seen the cashier step away from the cash, walk over...to the garbage, pick up the dirty trays and bring them back to the cash and continue taking orders. These trays were not cleaned, wiped or anything. There was a tray liner placed on the dirty trays and given right back out to the new customers. I asked to speak to the manager and actually got the franchise owner. I explained how disgusting that was. She agreed and offered to replace my food. I asked what about the people I. From t of me and the people behind me that also got dirty trays. She said that she doesn't know who they are. I said you could go by the number on the receipt and/or the time in the orders. Just walk around and deal with, it's food safety, it's worth it. She of course didn't think so. She wasn't willing to risk losing money. Even though she knew it was wrong. I left the counter area and let her know how wrong it was. She came back to find me about mins later with gift certificates to try and bribe me.i said to use them.on replacing the others peoples food. She again said she wouldn't. I spoke to the GM of the area who said they agreed it was handled poor but nothing could be done now. I wouldn't advise to eat there, it's disgusting.
