Chipotle Mexican Grill - Yuma

I ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash and it's been almost 2 hours and I am still waiting. They are not answering my calls. I have never had such a bad experience before.

The restaurant itself was not very good. The portion sizes were smaller than other Chipotle locations we have visited. The line was very long, mainly due to the staff's carelessness. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and I had to wait in line to witness someone having digestive issues. The focus of this review is mostly on the food, which did not taste normal.

This salad was a steal! Fresh, flavorful food at an affordable price. What more could you ask for at a fast-casual restaurant? I brought it home and was impressed by how much food I received on the plate. The salad was filled with beautiful, fresh greens and no iceberg lettuce in sight. I visit this location at least twice a month and typically order a bowl or tacos for a smaller portion. Recently, I've been enjoying their salads and have never been disappointed. I also appreciate their unique Aguas Frescas drink options, a refreshing change from the standard fountain drinks or iced tea.

I like going to Chipotle for a salad but second time that I have been there around 9pm and they are out of steak. Last time steak and veggies. 905 pm. You are still open almost another hour? Even asked the employee to confirm closing time. So I wentto other chipotle in Big Curve They are always stocked and great customer service.

Ordered from doordash, not only was my order late and cold, the food portions from this chipotle were abysmal.. This is a 10 dollar burrito bowl with Carne. Where is it? Its a bowl of salsa, sour cream and cheese. Sad. Portions used to be so muchbetter.
