The venue was very quiet so no excuses. The service was also very lame. This place has a long way to go if they intend to continue trading.

We as a customers have given and shown our order from the apps, she should carefully match the code or name from the other, its her job! I tried to make her life easier giving her the code and showing her my uber eats apps on my phone.This lady need to lear how to properly interact with customer. Learn hospitality will be the best option. And thank you for this you lost 1 of your customer, I hope this does not happen to anyone in the future.
