I was a frequent Starbucks for 5 years. Almost every single day. They never took the time to get to know me. My job now has me going the opposite direction so now every day I'm in this Dunkin'. The ladies in the morning are genuine, sweet and fast. They got to know me within days. When I don't bring my reusable cup, they always ask! They are truly wonderful people and so much better than anything I've received from Starbucks.

I took a picture of a little chaos we met, and that was the least of it.
