We didn't come here for the gelato but rather the churros. They were really good! This shop is in the heart of the touristy district by the main train station.... We passed by on our way to dinner during a long layover in Schipol (we took the train into the city from the airport) and made it a point to stop in before we returned to the airport. The shop has a very cool churros machine. I can totally see this becoming the next kitchen gadget du jour. Although they are not handmade per se, they all are uniform and delicious. There were several different sauces to choose from. The shop also had a cat in residence who was super friendly and couldn't receive enough pets! Not a destination place but definitely worth stopping by if you are in the neighborhood.
