In the back area of the café there is a large sales hall (please get some advice from the owner) and also the roasting machine to admire. The vegan offer and basically the whole menu has not changed in recent years. There is the vegan bread stick with hummus and salad/tomatoes, soy yoghurt with fruit or muesli or the complete vegan breakfast Vienna with muesli with yogurt and some fruit, a pulp stick, three slices of cryspbread, tomatoes and cucumber, margarine, jam and hummus. For coffee they offer soy milk for 20 cents extra. The service varies, but the owner himself is always around and very nice and striving. Breakfast at Café Nikan is good, but it does not cause a storm of enthusiasm. With regard to the selection/composition/feature, there is still room for improvement. At the moment there are only a handful of places in the city with a real vegan breakfast that I consider to be their good.
