Lire plus If they have never been in a Michelin star restaurant, kokotxa is an amazing place to start. we went to lunch in november '18 since autumn, we had the opportunity to sample their updated tasting menu. the service was from the moment we came in until we were gone. the personal was friendly and the sommelier was very knowledgeable. the prices were somewhat lower than other similar "stared" restaurants. the best part was eating. it presented the Northern Spain to take the traditional dishes (usually on seafood) and to increase them to a completely different level of well-balanced aromas and textures. it is hard to show our favorites: perhaps the beam, or the oysters with artichokes, or the brain carpaccio, or the lamb, or they get the point. kokotxa has become one of our favorite restaurants in Spain, and we cannot wait to go back.
