Problem is it's becoming too much of a fast food joint where too many dishes outside their purview lack the quality and flavor Icame to expect from Buona. Simplifythe menu is what I'd suggest. No funky bowls with chicken salad and stay away from the deepfried rice ball with mystery ground meet . Could improve on burger skills also. Stick to the classics as represented by Italianbeef and Italian sausage or the respective combos and you've got a winner.
