Lire plus I'm not one to write bad reviews, however, I had a bad experience here. I believe with one of the managers, who was not wearing a uniform, was very impolite, and rude. There is such a thing as conversing with a guest kindly, unfortunately that didn'thappen. I've been to much nicer Chick-fil-as and wish there was better management here to help train employees and treat guestsbetter. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee but received one that wasn't made correctly, without ice, which he would not fix anddidn't give me the opportunity to explain. I'm not disappointed about the coffee, it's not a big deal, but just how ill-manneredhe was. Hope you all have better experiences!
