My husband and I spli adish and with an alpetizerit was plenty. We?ll be backnext time we?re driving between Tucson and Dan Diego.

My husband?s sandwich was immediately served and I waited over 15 minutes formine. Needless to say, my husband was done trying to choke down the sandwich so we took my sandwich to go. We travel a lot andtry to support small business?, but will never go back to this restaurant. Wasted $39!

That was the case on our visit to this charming local bar and restaurant. We met Omar the owner who had a beaming personality and a solidly made pulled pork sandwich. He smokes the meat with hardwoods like pecan and mesquite. On our way home we will be stopping back by for the ribs. Definite hometown appeal with a number of pool tables, occasional live music and exceptional service. This place was a cool little surprise for us and we will be stopping by when we are traveling between California and Arizona.

The cashier was nice and the food was good. I had the pastrami sandwich and I enjoyed it. The mustard that came with it was tasty. Not sure what they put in it. My wife had the ribs and they were tender and flavorful. One of my sons had the meat platter and the other had the pastrami hoagie. They enjoyed their dishes. Also had the chili and garlic bread. They were both good and hearty. Finally we had the turtle cheesecake and it tasted very good. It was very smooth. This place is worth the stop. Didn?t give it five stars because I?ve had better pastrami and bbq, but it?s definitely good.

I rarely visit due to bad pizzas this chain. Finding a jewel in this one was great and no antacid needed!
