I have no problem with a device that calculates a 20% service fee, but if this do not give an option for an additional satisfaction.

The Manager at this location (John) is one of the rudest restaurant managers I have encountered. I ordered a sushi roll that was supposed to come with 6 pieces... I ordered a sushi roll that was supposed to come with 6 pieces according to THEIR menu, mine only had 5. I called and explained what I received and was told that the roll has always come with 5 pieces. Then someone else said it was recently changed to 5 pieces. Regardless of either of those answers, the menu says 6 pieces so that’s what I should get. This man argued me down about ONE PIECE OF SUSHI instead of extending good customer service and simply replacing it. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with him. He is more concerned with arguing with customers instead of appreciating their business and accommodating them within reason. Unbelievable.
