I tried to get hot and ready through the drive through today without ordering ahead since it was 5:15pm on a Sunday (should have hot and ready pizza, right? . I sat in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes and finally gave up and got a refund. Went across the street to Sonic and had my food in 5 minutes. The food here is nowhere near good enough to justify the ridiculous wait. I can get much better pizza from the Papa John's across the road if I want to wait on pizza. We won't be back.
