Firebirds was recommended by a colleague at work. We didn’t have a reservation, but we’re still seated quickly. I ordered the Colorado chicken salad and a side... The salad was delicious, very fresh and a good amount of protein. The tots were amazing, nice and crispy, but not dry. To drink I had the fresh lemonade, that was also very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive, I highly recommend stopping by if in town.
