Now for the cons; You pay up front, get a seat, offered a drink then basically you are forgotten about. Would give a 5 star if waitress even offered one refill. Other weird thing was the plastic food grade glove. First off, the waitress handles the glove, without a glove, but who cares. How does this possibly stop the spread of the coof?

I only made half of my pancake; it was HUGE! I have the other half with me for lunch. Our waitress was great, and her coffee is hot and strong. This will definitely be a backstop when we are in Flagstaff.

The owner (who comes from Greece by chance) was so nice and there was no one else when he sat and talked to us. The food was excellent and we plan to return to breakfast in the morning. If you stop, you should definitely try one of the daily specialties... its menu is excellent!!

The chips added some saltiness and texture and the melted cheese adds some creaminess through the acidity Sante Fe Burger with fries and their special fry sauce. The grilled green chili on the burger adds just a bit of sourness to cut through the burger. The avocado adds the creaminess and the salsa verde sauce is spot on. The special fry sauce seems to be some combination of mayonnaise, ketchup, and some type of pickle or relish that was perfect with the fries Kansas City Mac with brussels sprouts and side of chipotle ranch. The brussels sprouts were fried nicely and the chipotle ranch helped so it didn't get too queasy. Unfortunately, the bottom portion of the cup was super oily so we couldn't finish it. The macaroni and cheese was super creamy but became a bit overwhelming since it was so heavy. The BBQ and crispy onions helped cut through the cheesiness or else it would have been too much Ambience: 5/5 brewery that is made fairly cozy and family friendly. If you sit by the windows, you get a great view of the trains coming and going Service: 5/5 both servers we had were great! The first had amazing recommendations for dipping sauces and the second was having fun with her coworkers, cracking jokes, and just made us feel very relaxed Value for price: 5/5 great food, nice restaurant, just note that there are parking fees at certain times since it's in downtown area
