Lire plus I?m not sure what?s happening to this place. The folks behind the counter were more interested in the rap music they were playing in the dining area than providing service. I clearly asked for one doughnut and an iced coffee with almond milk andsimple syrup. What I got was two donuts with an iced coffee with milk and no sugar. I questioned why my bill was eight dollars,they charged me for the extra donut, I didn?t want it but apparently the person didn?t want to call the manager so they simplytook the money owed to me out of the tip jar, whatever. Excellent work ethic there. They are clearly distracted and notprofessional, I?m not sure if it?s because we just can?t get people to work and hiring anybody off the street at this point, butif you mess up customer service enough times, people will go elsewhere. So it?s an obvious trend looking at some more of the badreviews for this location.
