Medium thin crispy crust. (It has to be, just to stay together . Good coverage of cheese and sauce. Correctly cooked with good flavor. Would be better with some Italian seasoning like basil or sweet peppers. Seasoning is Spanish style. Needless to say, a slice this size will fill you up. Rate this one at 91.
