Lire plus We visit this BK about once a month travelling from Wales to Bristol to see our daughter in University and always enjoy the food. The staff are friendly and helpful but on this visit and the one before we noticed how cold it was in the resultant especially this time as it was freezing outside when I asked about the uncomfortable condition's I was informed that the heating had been broken for sometime and there was no plans to get repaired! I was shocked how can you treat your staff and customers to such unhealthy conditions, does anybody knows which authority I can report this too please?
