Blöderweise haben wir die Gläser nicht abgeräumt, was uns nicht bewusst war. Da kam sie sehr unhöflich rüber und teilte uns sehr unangenehm mit, dass wir unser Geschirr, verräumen sollten. Eine andere Tonlage, wäre angemessen gewesen. Es war uns nicht bewusst und bestimmt keine Absicht

Ok no problem, why is mentioned there water, instead of service? So they included the service automatically, but mentioned as another item that you didn't actually ordered. Looks strange to me, never heard of that.
