I booked a table for 1 at 1830. I arrived on time and accidentally tried to go to the wrong door, which is when the host came and said you were Mr. Rice. where would you like to sit. That was very elegant. Since it was such a beautiful day, I decided to sit outside on their beautifully decorated covered veranda. The hostess brought the menu and said they only have Dutch menus and he could help me if I didn't speak the language. I'm not Dutch, but I took two years of German in college, which allowed me to have a general understanding of what was on the menu. Nevertheless, I pulled out my phone and used the Google Translate app to make an image from any page that immediately provided an accurate English translation from any menu item. I ordered the three fish salad as an appetizer and the Panga fish as the main course. I also ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc as a companion. The food and wine were excellent, but much too much food for me to eat, The Entree came with fries, roasted potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, a small side salad and a few slices of a baguette. The service was impeccable. This is a jewel of the restaurant and I will definitely be back at the next visit.

We hebben de hele avond op een heerlijk plekje aan de bar gezeten. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en het eten was heerlijk. Wij komen hier zeker terug als we weer eens in Zwolle zijn!
