I had several errands to run into stores that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that my drink stayed cold in the car even though I couldn’t drink it all in one go.

The first time I placed an order from this restaurant, my order was wrong, and it took quite a while to get it. So that’s the 3-star experience explained below: Notice the order ingredients and the pizza photo. No green peppers. Also I sat at the pickup window for a few minutes before anyone came to assist me. I almost thought that I was at the wrong window it was taking so long. The other experience was flawless. My pizza was ready on time, the person helping me at the window was prompt and courteous. And the pizza was made as ordered.

I will order from this place again, if I’m nearby.

I ordered Bill Ted’s Excellent Chicken (pictured) with a side of Papas Fritas. My wife ordered the Fried Taco (pictured) with a side of rice and pinto beans. We split a Frozen Screwdriver. We were very hungry when we arrived, and when we err halfway through our entries and enjoying them immensely, we thought we needed to write a glowing review. The Manager even came to our table to check in on us and brought our daughter a free scoop of ice cream just because! Wishing I’d found this place months ago. Highly recommend this Latin Fusion restaurant.

The flavors are always on point, but I’d appreciate a bigger size pizza for what you pay. This is 4 slices. The pretzel bites are a fun, savory appetizer. I prefer the beer cheese as it just has that extra but if flavor. And for drinks we usually get an apple cider and the Golden Goose, which is pineapple, lemon, turmeric, ginger beer, and grey goose vodka. This drink is inconsistently made, but when it’s made right it is one of the best I’ve ever had! Rarely have to wait for a table, but as the pizza dough is hand tossed and each pizza is made fresh expect a bit of a wait when you order.

There was a 20-25 minute wait at 5 PM, which I found odd, as there were plenty of available tables. My only guess is that they didn’t have a full slate of Servers working yet. I ordered the Chicken Marsala with Salad and the Black Tie Mousse Cake (not pictured). Both were excellent! The dessert was so rich, we ended up taking half of it home, which is no bad thing. My wife ordered Soup and Salad, and was pleasantly surprised by how much gnocchi was in her Chicken Gnocchi bowl. It often happens that there are only 1 or 2 and she has to order about 4 refills to get her fill. Our Server was polite and knowledgeable, if not entirely clued in to our needs. It looked like she had 3-4 tables, so that’s understandable. Would’ve been a 5-star review if the wait had been shorter and the server had been more attentive. The food and service at this location were much better than recent experiences we’ve had at the Cherrydale location. Will definitely visit again!

Pictured is the “Kool-Aid” smoothie which contains pitaya, banana, pineapple, Granny Smith apple, ginger, and turmeric.I like that they have lots of vegan and vegetarian options for those with dietary sensitivities.Really pretty interior decor that’s simple and inviting.And staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Definitely recommend.
