After all this time, the evening was just as good. We started with a delicious glass of champagne which was accompanied by an amazing amuse bouche. The appetizers were delicious: mushroom soup and mussels on a bed of leaks. The main courses were superb and married beautifully with wines by the glass. (Pork and Fish). The best part of the meal was the chef's special cheese dish with apple and calvados. Service was impeccable with frequent visits from the Chef. This was a perfect way to celebrate. We are very grateful to the team and want to return sooner than 22 years. Merci beaucoup
