Poor Customer service. I placed an order online but because the lobby was closed, I was made to wait in line at the drive through. I confirmed that my order was ready to be picked up but was REPEATEDLY told I have to wait in line. I wasnot allowed to walk up to the window to grab it. However, the attitude of the person at the window disappointed me the most. Ireceived no apology, no smile, no thank you, no nothing. As I was not allowed to pick up my ?pick up? order, I received mysmoothie 10 minutes past the time it was promised on the receipt.
