Staff did not rush us to turn the table over like other buffets. Didn't know where to start. Next got to try the crepe station. Will definitely be coming back again. Great recommendation. Friday night was not bad at all. Multicultural variety of customers. Kid friendly.

The guy who was originally on the microphone did not understand what I wanted... “half crispy semi original, but I wanted two chest in original, two chest in crispy and the rest of the drum sticks.” simply enough right? We'll try to understand when he finally said we can't do this! I was so frustrated that I finally said, "Forget that I'm going to the other KFC"... But I was already in the line of passage, so I had to wait for the car in front of me to pay his food and go... When I passed the window, a man opened the window and stopped me. It was Dave, the manager... Or at least I think he was, but he wanted to explain that it wasn't that they couldn't do it, it was just that my order was confusing. So I repeated my order and he said, “This is it?!?” and I confirmed. Since then, they have an excellent customer service... Today I went back and asked for the same exact adjustment, and Dave without hesitation said, "Hello Elaine, I remember you!" Lol Dave went up and beyond trying to satisfy a customer... I give this restaurant five stars because of DAVES impeccable customer service! Thank you. Dave for my experience with your business always pleasant from three weeks ago until now... You always have such an infectious positive personality. Warm and friendly... I hope I always get you on the micro!

We also have a place in NYC, but still prefer to come here. The food is always delicious and the staff is wonderful and are like friends I have known for years.
