I have been eating here as often as I can since I found this hidden gem of deliciousness about 10 years ago. I have had traditional Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and... I have had traditional Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Korean cuisine as a benefit of traveling for work. I can 't call this food traditional , Think along the lines of Ding How, where the food is more suited to an American palate. This is a small take out place, no seating available, but to me it doesn 't matter. EVERYTHING is cooked to order, and to perfection. Buffets have their place and I am not going to knock them, however to me this place is very, very special. Everything I have tried here has been excellent! My go-to order is General Tso 's chicken with fried rice, pork lo mein and egg drop soup. I 'm not exaggerating by telling you that if this was the last meal I was ever going to eat in my life, I would be overjoyed! The other selections He offers are also superior to any other Asian restaurant I have been to in the lower 48 states. After traveling for the last 33 years of my life for work, I average eating out around 300 times a year. Sometimes I want to be waited on and served at a beautiful table. The majority of the time I want fresh, flavorful, comforting food that nourishes me body and soul. China taste ticks off all the boxes I have to consider a restaurant worth a long drive to, worth trying Everything they serve not at once of course! and memorable enough that I sincerely hope they never close.
