This Starbucks is extremely slow on mobile orders. Every time I order ahead I have to wait 10-20 minutes for my mobile order. I usually order before I even get... I usually order before I even get in my vehicle and then drive 10 minutes to Starbucks and it?s not even ready. Multiple times I?ve seen employees in this store take in store orders before even checking the mobile orders. I?ve even had to ask a few times. I?ve never had any problems like this with the Starbucks stores in Georgetown. I usually order the London dog tea which does take time to brew, I?ve never had to wait more than for minutes at a store in Georgetown for my order to be ready, they leave the tea bags in which I like. The Ashland and high Starbucks should do the same.
