We were quickly greeted and served menus as well as hot tea. We ordered half a roast duck, roast pork noodle soup, green vegies with garlic, and the special rice. The roast duck was lovely and juicy with crispy skin. The pork was well-cooked. The noodle soup, rice and vegies were standard with little faults. Service was quick and efficient. I have as of June 30, 2022 been made aware that this location has closed and...will possibly relocate in the near future. What can I say… it was perfect for what I needed this...evening. POSITIVE POINTS: The place is spotless. Clean and pleasant in every sense of the word. The décor is amazing, with details alluding to Italy, as expected. And… I must admit, just a nice place to let your hair down, and simply enjoy. Atmosphere in this place is absolutely amazing, with a good crowd in the place, next to a busy street – nice to watch the the world passing me by Staff is extremely friendly, and such a bonus to the restaurant. Cannot fault them a single millimeter, I am pleased to say. Service is fast, and within a mere 10 minutes… I ordered and got the meal on the table. Not feeling excessively hungry, I order the meatballs and salad. What a perfect meal. So tasty, just the right size to fill my appetite and such a pleasure to eat with each fork going into my mouth. Price is very fair for the quality of the food that I ate. Not cheap FAIR. I must say that this also has one of the best expresso coffees in town NEGATIVE POINTS: Not one! This is such a pleasure to say this, but I cannot find a single fault in this place on the night I was there. CONGRATS to the management and staff, that simply make this place a pleasure to be at. SUMMING UP: COME HERE!!! You will not be let down. A pleasure in every sense of the word, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Italian meal.
