Creme brulee was divine. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend and plan on going back.

The Fork does not fit well with the rest of the hotel and the hotel would benefit from a more up market restaurant, with The Fork being a bistro for more inform... The menu was uninspired and the staff, whilst sweet, were not always 'on the ball '. There was only one wine menu for the entire restaurant, which got passed around, resulting in a waiting time for the wine to arrive, which was not always before the main meal for some. The waiters didn 't seem to have been working at The Fork for very long and gave the impression that they were still learning and waiting for instruction from the manager. Having said this, the manager was most helpful and apologetic for any waiting times. He just needs to be given a more efficient team to work with!

While we tipped for service, at one point the sever interrupted us and asked us to pass our tables dirty napkins to them while they were at the end of the table when they could have just walked around the table. Food was delicious but portion sizes felt small and not family size.
