I had trying calling in advance since they opened to place my order, but they didnt answer the phone for a whole hour. I got there asked to speak to manager due... Lire plus I had trying calling in advance since they opened to place my order, but they didnt answer the phone for a whole hour. I got there asked to speak to manager due to this situation and was told I'm not the only person trying to get food. That next time I should just order online for delivery or show up instead of trying to call. Than I was told I have to wait half an hour for my order if I wanted it or go somewhere else where the food is easier to make or already cooked.Manager has time to talk to friends coming in and selling ice pops but doesn't have time to answer the phone posted by the franchise? What type of managers you guys hire?
