So just to be clear its oct 2022 and covvid is over now, or so you would think. The first thing you are greeted by is how they don't execpt cash no longer, and... The first thing you are greeted by is how they don't execpt cash no longer, and how you must order online from the app. Im sorry if i wanted to order online from an app i would order from deliveroo or just eat and have delivered to my house! I come to the restaurant for the experience and service. And not excepting cash is just poor and using covvid as a excuse. Food was Great just let down with no service.

Popped in today off the cuff and have to say was very pleasantly surprised, first time since been took over we’ve been in and wow the decor was lovely the drink... The biggest plus for me were how accommodating and welcoming the staff were I’ve recommended to friends already and whilst their booked on to two of their planned events in the future , which their was a wide variety planned for the next month and beyond . Went as a couple today but plan to take my daughter for some food this week . Over all a warm welcoming reasonably priced family pub ! Give it a go !

Amazing Sunday lunch. Lamb was lovely very tasty. Husband enjoyed the roast beef. Veg were fresh and came separately which we liked. Hot plates and huge portion... Lire plus Amazing Sunday lunch. Home made yorkshires very tasty, crispy and cooked to perfection. Good service although waitress could have asked if we wanted sauces when she bought out our meals as did have to ask for mint sauce and horseradish which took a while to arrive.

Amazing food, good service, the menus were paper, so it is nice to see Eco friendly solutions, but our were nicly used and had a few spots on them. ........recent take OUT meal of prime rib, au jus, mashed, seasonal veggies was superbly prepared...AND presented complete with mouth watering dessert. oh, and... Lire plus I've been coming to Zerodegrees since 2016. The food has always been delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive to any needs you have, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. The beer could be better, though. It tends to be quite flat and has a low quality taste at times. As this is a microbrewery, I think more attention should be given towards improving the quality of the beer this place has on offer. So, the food is good, the hospitality is great, but the beer needs improvement. Still, I'll keep coming back to this place because it's in my top 5 favourite restaurants in Reading.
