He used to be around the Lougheed area, retired but has now reopened in a secluded area as he is not looking...to be in such a busy place anymore. He is doing this for the love of being a chef which makes the food that much better. You will feel like you are in the local Japanese sushi place in a back street of Osaka or Yokohama, if you know what I mean. Fresh and quality is obvious.
