The owner was also very friendly and gracious. I went with my mom on a Sunday morning right when they opened. I really wanted to order the Bento and read they only create a few a day. It was DELICIOUS. Every bite had so much flavor, it familiar Japanese flavors but was so unique in the way it was prepared and presented. Beautiful plating, ambiance and service. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, no complaints. It's definitely worth the hour trip from OC, will def be returning!!
