I am so disappointed as this has been our go to place for authentic Chinese food for approx 15years. The food was cold and had to be sent back and then we waite... The food was cold and had to be sent back and then we waited for at least 30 mins for our next course to arrive ...but only after prompting. Customers were walking out but the staff didn’t seem to either care or notice. The whole experience was awful and we couldn’t wait to leave. The management team need a massive wake up call to acknowledge the customer experience and to put it right, otherwise I can’t see how this restaurant will survive. A truly awful experience
