Despite being very busy it still is able to seem intimate and the servers do a great job.

Even if it is our favorite visit to the restaurant, I was concerned to go to dinner with all the covid 19 warnings. silly me allistar and his team were amazing.... Hand sanitizer still before they cleaned the door to tables and chairs before they sit and paper menus....and then of course to it from the amazing food, service and wee! I feel bad because they are only at 60%, but it is to keep us all safe, so we have tipped well! the interesting botschaft was the security of the personal first, which is why it reduces the capacity to 60% we should support all great local restaurants such as arms reach!

We had friends visiting from Ontario, and took them...here last Friday night, and it felt as if ownership, or management had changed. The menu was the same, but prices were up considerably, and our server was trying to upsell us on everything (appetizers. second bottle of wine, garlic bread, on and on). When I asked if we could just have the regular bread provided with dinner, she forgot, but eventually brought us 4 dry slices of baguette toasted, not the delicious home baked mini baguette that has always been provided, fresh out of the oven for free. I was shocked to see our server charged us a $1 for this bread, on a $200 bill for dinner. Not very Covey. Unfortunately we will be giving Arms Reach a break until they get their act back together. I would not recommend. Try Northlands Golf Course, or Colony Restaurant as nearby good alternatives. Sad to write this review, but they have new leadership, or have lost their way.

Lire plus Booked a table for 4 after romers on dine out vancouver 2022. was thrilled to feed here, as the set menu had many possibilities, how something sounded for everyone! our wings was the worst thing I ever had! burnt and extremely fat!. sitting in a cape of oil. suppe and gyoza were ok, but not good. steak was hard, cold and raw. fries were dry and boiled over. burger was ok, harvest dish was served the best entree. while we waited for our pre-ordered desserts, they were made from the berries crisis, offered brownie or donuts. desserts turned out to be the best part of our meals. service was bad, over 2 hours. Never got the tee I ordered. to conclude it when my older mother-in law gave $200 cash 2 x $100 bills for the $131 bill, waitress had the nerve to ask if she wanted to change back? $70 tip on $131?! she said to hold $20, because it wasn't so good, waitress returned with $20 and keep the $48 and change instead. wanted to call her back to get it sorted. will not return.

We waited a very long time to get our drink and even longer to take our order. By the time our food came out, which was 45 mins after we ordered, the burger was over cooked and had gunk on it from the grill, and the fries were really undercooked, basically still white (I should have taken a photo, sorry It was so bad I had to send my food back, which I absolutely hate doing because I hate wasting food id rather just eat it. And I was not the only one to send their food back.They were severely understaffed. the lovely servers were all running around like crazy people trying to make their tables happy and I can only assume the kitchen was also understaffed because everyone was getting their food late.In my opinion, it boils down to poor management. They should have had more people on that night and the host should have stopped seating people when the servers were at capacity (and honestly he could have smiled more and been more pleasant). I am only giving two stars because the servers were doing their best with the situation, otherwise I would have given 1 star.
