It was my first time at the famous Nobu. Had to make a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a weekday. Skip the $10 valet, there was enough parking on the street.... The dim lighting and wood panelling makes for a good ambience but noticed the table was frayed at one edge. For first timers there’s two ways to go a $200 tasting menu (Omakase) or tell the well trained waiter your tastes and preferences and he’ll recommend a course of dishes. Our waiter was patient and serviced with a smile, which I always appreciate. There’s two lists “classic” items which you’ll find at every Nobu and dishes tailored to the locale called “now”. We had Nobu staples the Yellowtail Jalapeño (6 thin slivers of fish in yuzu soy sauce and topped with a slice of jalapeño on top) which was tangy and buttery smooth with a moderate kick; the Miso Cod (great silky texture with a sharp but sweet sauce); Salmon Yuzu Karashi Su Miso (which was six small slices of fish in a tart sauce); and the Golden Eye Snapper nigiri (which I learnt from a Vox interview with Nobu is his favourite). For dessert a bread pudding bites of toasted bread with thyme with strawberries and milk. Spent an hour and a half there. The above won’t fill two of you but will leave you satisfied that you tried Nobu and cost you about $150. I‘m glad I went and enjoyed the food, but with the price point I don’t think I’ll go back very frequently.

Wir waren dort zum Abendessen mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Jeder war sehr glücklich. Vorspeiseplatte sehr empfehlenswert. Alle Gerichte, die wir hatten, waren... Es war ein völlig gelungener Abend.

Lire plus J'avais l'habitude de visiter le Kernhof au moins deux fois par semaine dans le Lors d'un récent voyage à Munich avec ma femme, nous avons fait un voyage dans le passé et sommes allés au Kernhof pour un repas. Nous avons eu ce qui était notre ... repas préféré Liver Venezia avec des pommes de terre frites et une salade. C'était un excellent rapport qualité / prix. Le restaurant était assez occupé avec beaucoup de pizzas consommées, elles avaient l'air aussi bien que je me souviens. Nous avons tous deux vraiment apprécié l'expérience et nous y retournerons la prochaine fois que nous serons dans la région
