They were out of several different pies, which I understand happens sometimes but it really felt like it was several more than usual. They were also out of several ice cream flavors, and the one I settled on was freezer burnt or tasted old. The workers were also not really too happy to see anyone and were more concerned with going in the back room and eating their own ice cream. Just a disappointing experience and waste of $12.Edit: I’ve reached out as requested via the business complaint form on the main page. So we’ll see how that goes.Edit #2: the owner of the business replied to my email and has been in contact with the store, saying they are working to rectify the quality issues at the store. They’ve asked that I visit again in a few weeks (with in store credit )and offer them any additional feedback, I’ll be happy to do that. I didn’t anticipate a reply, and upgraded my rating a star based on the customer service from the owners.

The branch was full of cartridges and had to go and try to find a place to eat their ice cream. Simply lock the doors and allow customers to finish their ice cream while cleaning the business would have a much more friendly way to handle the situation. When everyone doesn't jump and went out immediately, another employee gave another announcement. Very rude.

I'm sorry that's a year old. Your bakery is certainly very good. I came last year because I had to taste a King Cake and try one. I love CINNAMON and CREAM CHEE... But the cake was YUCKY! The cinnamon wasn't very noticeable in the cake. The man said there was a lot of cinnamon in it. It wasn't. The cream cheese didn't really taste like cream cheese. And the cake was SO BIG! You should start selling a smaller size, even for people who have never tried it.... especially if it is only for 1 or 2 persons. I just bought it for my husband and me. I threw half away. But, IT WAS PRETTY! Another reason I wanted one. Especially, from Jeffersonville, Indiana, I was very upset! SORRY.

I was having a hard time understanding what he said due to him speaking so fast. I repeated what I thought he said and he responded with an attitude. Extremely rude!!! Called the location on Shelbyville Rd , they were so nice and patient with me. I live 5 minutes from the Bardstown Rd location but I will never go there. If you want respectful customer service go to the Shelbyville Rd location. Highly recommend AVOIDING the Bardstown Rd location!

However, the burger was wrapped in paper in a box, the bungalow was roasted, their burgers rivals are sitting most restaurants in my opinion. However, this location is very old and ran down, definitely has to be rebuilt.
