From order to service, time allowed for familiarizing us with the place, and our quiet conversation. The food presentation was excellent-to-superior. The server, Ali, was attentive without hovering, and the place was busy with constant table turn-over; but there was never a sense of being rushed. I work in Manhattan; 525 is a gem.
