Sat and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. After this wait, were asked at this point if we'd accept French... So we were refunded. Continued to wait a couple of more minutes and were given our food. We then needed to park and go in as we were given the wrong order. Our food was cold, clearly our sandwiches were sitting for awhile before the whole not having hashbrowns fiasco.

There was one other customer in the restaurant so we sat down and waited. About 20 minutes later we had still not been acknowledged. The owner looked out from the backroom at least twice in that time, but made no effort to even welcome us. All I was looking for was the owner to say something like I 'm cooking this guy 's meal, then you 're next . If he 'd had offered to take our drink order while we wait even better. Even a hi would have gone over better. By ignoring us it made us feel like our business was not valued. But instead, after 20 minutes, we had no idea if we were even going to get served. For all we knew there were 10 EatStreet orders ahead of us, or if the owner was closing up after the current customer. Heck, we didn 't even know if that that customer had been helped yet.Maybe we missed out on a once in a lifetime culinary experience, but at this point we just left.
