Purchased a bottle of wine from Winans that was maderized (cooked) and was told my only opinion was to exchange it for another bottle of the exact same wine...b... I've had great service in the past but wasn't happy with their options for resolution, exchanging for yet another bottle of the same wine. Disappointed.
