Girls can't find an order, but she says she's sure it's on the street and will be there very soon. Half an hour goes by... call again... the same promise... but still no food. ANOTHER half hour is about (3 hours in total now.) Telephone and ask you to cancel. Girls tell us very much the same thing, but we've been waiting for 3 hours and left. We pack together and how we go, the driver arrives with food. The driver is completely unapologetic. He's upset that we don't want food anymore. The driver tells me I'm not protecting his restaurant again. Wow. My advice to this restaurant; if you give a timing... You timing when circumstances arise beyond your control and you can not keep the timing and know that you will be REALLY late ... call the customer and tell them DON’T say that the food is “just arrive” if it is not DON’T angry at the customer and don’t tell them to apply your restaurant... They have not only lost all their future friends, but all go,

In fact the last time we ordered (June 11 2012) they messed up the order and forgot the Beef with black...bean sauce,and cooked it with MSG even though we asked for no MSG. When we got home The food tasted as good as it always does, except this time 15-20 minutes after eating the whole family was fighting for the bathroom, and then the vomiting started. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM CYPRESS GARDENS AGAIN.....

The egg rolls are average good (closed end style) and I would also recommend the chicken roast rice (it is excellent). This is a meeting point with only 1 table... Many thanks that this restaurant was opened as we saw that most restaurants were not open. they were very busy with...exception orders, but our host / server was very pleasant and prepared our meals within 30 minutes. the food was fresh and delicious.
