The pot came out only 5 minutes after ordering, and the lit fire under your pot ensures that the broth stays hot. I came for lunch on a Monday, and the restaurant was about 60% full. The service was helpful but generally left you alone unless you needed something, which I appreciated. My lunch totaled $26 including tip, so prices have definitely gone up over time but the portion was so filling I couldn’t finish all of it, especially because they give you extra starch/carb for free (e.g. rice or noodles). There is garlic soy sauce and hot sauce at each table. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend for those craving a good, filling, customizable pot.
