Lire plus Die Küche des Abac, den ich auf lustige Weise über “unvollendet”. die Verwendung von rustikalen Produkten oder die Arbeit mit kühnen Texturen ist schon etwas Besonderes, aber war eigentlich falsch mit allen Passagen für mich war die Feinabstimmung der Menge der einzelnen Komponenten. Ich glaube, es wurde hier mit der Fettkomponente übertrieben. Überraschend im Laufe des Menüs ist auch, wie viel feinstoffliche und filigrane Erscheinung dann die Desserts zeigen. Das hätte ich nach den unrunden Spaziergängen nicht erwartet. Ich hätte gerne mit den herzhaften Spaziergängen hin und her gehen können.
