Lire plus Unser erster Seminartag war vorbei. vollständig im Hotel verwendet. während der Mittagspause habe ich selbst eine „Speed-Weimar-Explorationstour“ gesetzt und sofort eine Blase ernten – egal was ist. am Abend wurden Buffet-Gerichte im Hotel und meinen Kollegen angekündigt, und ich wollte frische Luft und etwas anderes als das (gute) Hotel sehen. wir waren sehr zentral für das Glück untergebracht und haben uns in die weimarer Altstadt gebracht. leider wieder nur im Dunkeln. Wir mochten die Jagemanns, also rein. wir wurden von einem jungen Mitarbeiter begrüßt. wir durften „nur trinken“. Dennoch haben wir die Menüs erhalten. Ich mochte das lesen und es war absolut unverwechselbar und nach meinem Geschmack. aber: ist voll. die Herzen blieben mit dem Bier, ich weinte. Ich saß vor dem Haus, Italien sollte nicht sein. Regional “Saale Unstrut” sollte sein. ein trockenes müller thurgau aus dem weingut Zahn sollte es sein. 0,2 l € 5,80. die wee gut und billiger als einige teurere wein am italienisch. der angekündigte “elegante Körper” war “Modell dünn”. aber hoffentlich sollte es eine Erhöhung geben. so die bekannte weiße Burgunder der Weingut thürkind. 0,2 l 5,90 €. die € 0,10 mehr waren gut gestaltet. sehr ausgeglichen und aromatisch, ein feiner Wein. Das war eine nette Rückkehr. kurz, aber am nächsten Tag ging es früh. das Restaurant gemütlich gepflegt. das Zimmer schön geteilt. . im Sommer können Sie hier schön vor dem Haus sitzen. die Toiletten sauber und gut gepflegt. wir wurden freundlich angenommen und ließen uns zurück.

Nothing stood out to our tasters, sea bass was amazing 10/10, fresh, flavored, and so tender. Sides Gnocchi 10/10, asparagus 9/10, Carrot cake 9/10, chocolate 8/10. Ambiance: very homie feel, lighting was nice, noise level: moderate 9/10 Restrooms: are located in the main lobby of the Hardrock hotel. Clean, well stocked 10/10 Cleanliness: tables were perfectly arranged, dining room was free from debris, throughout 10/10 Timing: Very quick food service, everything was warm as served. 10/10 Likeliness to return: 8/10 Consider Alternatives: N/A, restaurant is unique in its own way. On this visit I was with family from California this was there favorite dinner of all the restaurants at which we dined. Melon is in season, and the prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe was delicious. I had the paprdelle alle cinque terre pappardelle with shrimp, scallops and lobster braised in a white wine tomato basil cream sauce, topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and basil. The pasta and seafood were fresh and the sauce was wonderful. I would like to say we sampled the dessert, but we were all too full. If you are looking for intimate surroundings, great food, and fantastic service, give Rocco's a try.
