Called into the bar for some drinks with friends and saw people leave a table. Arrived at table and moved the glasses and rubbish on the table. After 1 minute w... After 1 minute we moved to another table. 1 hr later at our new table we were approved at our table and we were approached by manage Joe who stated did we leave anything at the other table and we stated know…why? And no answer was given. 5 mins later joe stated that we ripped up a VIP card and that we lied that we were at the table……we didn’t know it was a VIP table and we sat at it for 1 min. Joe was very aggressive and stated that we had ruined his plans? This was news to us as we did not know what he was on about. As stated he was very aggressive and went to the door men evict us after our drinks. This was very embarrassing for all involved including the door men who were very understandable. We will never be back and would like to state that Joe? The manager would need to get some customer management skills in place before he interacts with the public.

Called in here for a quick bite on a wet Sunday afternoon. I really wish I hadn't!! The staff obviously did not want to be there they were surly and pre occupie... The atmosphere in the shop was cold and unfriendly. As it was...a horrible day outside, we just wanted a warm coffee to see us through the afternoon....the coffee was tepid. Absolutely horrible. There was no one around to point this out to...the staff were congregated in the back area of the shop. Sorry Subway, I was totally disgusted with this visit today and will not be back into the Ballymena Store as a result.

I've been twice as far and come back.
