Rita's - Belfast

My friends and I attended Rita's cocktail master class to celebrate two of our friends' birthdays. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. We left feeling like we were part of the Rita's family. A special thank you to Adam, Artimas, and Ben for their fantastic service. We will definitely be returning!

The bar staff where extremely unbearable. More concerned about busting dance moves than serving drinks. Would not come again

My wife and I called into Rita’s on a Saturday night having not been in a couple of years. It was pretty quiet with 3 colleagues behind the bar who were doing more chatting to each other than serving customers. I waited patiently whilst 4 people who came to order a drink were served before me. Clearly no organisation and no bar manager supervising the quality of the service. I’m afraid we won’t be returning.

My colleagues recently visited your bar for a few drinks, all in a calm and respectful manner. One of them purchased a drink, which unfortunately slipped through her hand as the barman had washed the glasses to make them cold. Despite this incident, she was still charged for the drink. We were then asked to vacate our seats as they were apparently reserved, and offered a complimentary drink at the bar. However, we were then abruptly told that we had "had enough" and would not be served any more drinks. Shortly after, a bouncer approached us and asked us to leave, leaving us feeling shocked and embarrassed. The staff's behavior was unacceptable and it is clear why the venue may not be as popular as others. This experience truly marred what could have been a pleasant evening.

I'm not sure who trained the bar staff at this restaurant, but it was the worst experience I have ever had. There was no acknowledgment, no eye contact, and I waited at the bar for 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me, despite there being 5 staff and less than 15 people in the bar. Absolutely terrible service!
